近年来，我国的社会养老保险的相关制度和政策成为社会的热点问题，社会养老保险在运行过程中出现了收支不平衡的状况，并且，这种状况呈现不断扩大的趋势，使得我国的社会养老保险出现支付危机可能，影响到社会养老保险制度的正常运行，进而影响社会的稳定和谐发展，是近十年内国家应急需解决的重大问题之一。文章试就社会养老基金缺口的成因进行分析，并就解决方法进行初步探讨。
