当代青年人在“三观”中出现种种问题，与生命教育的缺位有关。生命教育是教导通过审美与觉知追寻爱与幸福的教育，音乐教育通过听觉感官获得精神愉悦的审美感受，并通过对内在情绪的觉知思考正确的生活态度，最终目的与生命教育一致，因此可以利用音乐教育从节奏和冥想、以乐会友、审美觉知等方式加强生命教育。

당대청년인재“삼관”중출현충충문제，여생명교육적결위유관。생명교육시교도통과심미여각지추심애여행복적교육，음악교육통과은각감관획득정신유열적심미감수，병통과대내재정서적각지사고정학적생활태도，최종목적여생명교육일치，인차가이이용음악교육종절주화명상、이악회우、심미각지등방식가강생명교육。
