茶树花含有较多的营养成分和丰富的活性物质，对人体具有解毒、降脂、降糖、抗癌、滋补、养颜等功效，于2013年1月4日获国家批准为新资源食品。文章对广西优质茶树花主要性状及品质进行分析，以期为今后更好地开发茶树花资源提供理论参考。
