分析了现有转向架静载设备的特点,针对同步加载的要求,设计了以具有公共电阻电轴电路为核心的螺杆升降机电气传动系统,对其工作原理及其操作界面与过程进行了详细阐述,针对过程特点提出了一种新的电轴整步方法,通过实验验证新的电轴整步方法和电轴同步加载的可行性。
分析瞭現有轉嚮架靜載設備的特點,針對同步加載的要求,設計瞭以具有公共電阻電軸電路為覈心的螺桿升降機電氣傳動繫統,對其工作原理及其操作界麵與過程進行瞭詳細闡述,針對過程特點提齣瞭一種新的電軸整步方法,通過實驗驗證新的電軸整步方法和電軸同步加載的可行性。

This paper analyzed the existing bogie static load equipment characteristics, for the requirement of synchronous load, designed the screw lift system with a common resist of electrical shaft circuit as the core, detailed explanted of the working principle, operator and its interface. For the characteristics of the loading process, designed a new type of adjust step. Finally, the experimental verification of the electrical shaft’s adjust step feasibility and correctness of electrical shaft synchronous load.
