随着教学改革的不断深入,高校教学质量显著提高,但在学生自我期望与自我要求之间、教师课程内容理论化与实用化之间、教师为主体的“注入式”教学与学生为主体的“体验式”教学之间仍然存在着一些矛盾和问题,建议应根据职业能力培养目标,使用体验式教学模式,在教学中遵循启发性、互动性和感悟性策略,采取“体验理论导入-创设体验情景-实践体验感知-体验内化分享-反馈外化应用”五阶段循环流程,让学生在潜移默化中促进职业能力的提升。在此基础上,将体验式教学法引入HRM课程中,构建基于职业能力培养的体验式教学模式,提出相应的教学保障措施。

With the continuous deepening of the teaching reform of colleges and universities of China ,the quality of teaching has been improved significantly .But,some contradictions and problems still exists between the students'self-expectations and self-demanding ,theoretical or practical course content of the teacher ,and between teacher-cen-tered “injection” teaching method and student-centered ‘experiential’ teaching method .This paper recommended the experiential teaching model based on training objective of professional competence , and following the inspira-tion,interaction and perception strategies in teaching ,and with the five-stage cycle processes of ‘import experience theoretical-create experience scenarios-percept practical experience-experience internalized share-feedback on external application ’ .On this basis ,the authors introduced experiential teaching courses in HRM course ,built expe-riential teaching model based vocational ability training ,and proposed appropriate teaching safeguards.
