为了提高钢渣的利用率,以钢渣和粉煤灰为主要原料,采用烧结法制备钢渣微晶玻璃。通过向钢渣微晶玻璃中引入CuO添加剂,研究了其机械性能及外观颜色的变化。实验结果表明:加入CuO的钢渣微晶玻璃主晶相为透辉石;随着CuO加入量的增多,微晶玻璃抗弯强度逐渐增大; CuO的添加使钢渣微晶玻璃颜色有了明显改变。

In order to improve the utilization rate of steel slag based on steel slag dominates , the sinte-ring method was adopted with steel slag and coal fly -ash as the major raw materials .Through the do-ping of CuO which serves as the additive to the slag glass ceramics , the changes in the mechanical properties and the surface color have were researched .And the experimental results show that the main crystalline phase of glass -ceramic remains diopside .With the amount of CuO increased , the flexural strength increases gradually synchronically .Besides, the color of glass-ceramic manifests an obvious change as the addition of CuO .
