随着世界经济全球化的不断发展，海洋经济的快速兴起，国际航运业的迅速扩散，国家间的贸易竞争正逐渐由陆地向海洋转移，中国的民用船舶制造工业正面临着前所未有的机遇及挑战。对此，笔者利用长三角地区民用船舶出口贸易近些年的各项统计数据，按船舶类型分类对其进行了专项研究分析，发现了该地区各类船舶出口贸易中所存在的最典型、最突出的问题，并针对这些问题从配套设备、绿色产销链、大客户管理、售后服务以及上海自贸区成立所带来的有利条件等方面进行了对策研究，为长三角地区更好地发展民用船舶出口贸易提出了良好的对策与建议，不仅有利于该地区船舶出口贸易的健康发展，还对长三角地区海洋经济的可持续发展提供了良好的参考素材。
隨著世界經濟全毬化的不斷髮展，海洋經濟的快速興起，國際航運業的迅速擴散，國傢間的貿易競爭正逐漸由陸地嚮海洋轉移，中國的民用船舶製造工業正麵臨著前所未有的機遇及挑戰。對此，筆者利用長三角地區民用船舶齣口貿易近些年的各項統計數據，按船舶類型分類對其進行瞭專項研究分析，髮現瞭該地區各類船舶齣口貿易中所存在的最典型、最突齣的問題，併針對這些問題從配套設備、綠色產銷鏈、大客戶管理、售後服務以及上海自貿區成立所帶來的有利條件等方麵進行瞭對策研究，為長三角地區更好地髮展民用船舶齣口貿易提齣瞭良好的對策與建議，不僅有利于該地區船舶齣口貿易的健康髮展，還對長三角地區海洋經濟的可持續髮展提供瞭良好的參攷素材。

With the development of economic globalization, the rapid rise of Marine economy and the international shipping industry, the rapid spread of the trade competition between countries is gradually shifting from land to sea. China's civil ship manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. To this, the author use civil ship in Yangtze river delta export trade in all kinds of statistical data in recent years, according to the type of ship classification on the specific research and analysis, found all kinds of ships in the export trade in the region, the most typical and the most outstanding problems and to solve these problems from the supporting equipment, green production and marketing chain, key customer management, after-sales service as well as the advantages brought by the Shanghai free trade zone was established for the countermeasure research, for the better development in Yangtze river delta civil ship export trade and puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions of good, not only conducive to the healthy development of the region of ship export trade, also for the sustainable development of Marine economy in Yangtze river delta provides a good reference material.
