目的：探讨应用中药苦参洗剂坐浴治疗痔疮的疗效及护理体会。方法选取本院痔疮患者90例，随机分两组，对照组按照常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加用苦参洗剂坐浴。结果观察组的总有效率达到84.4%，高于对照组的62.2﹪。结论应用苦参洗剂坐浴治疗痔疮的临床效果较为理想，合理的护理方案有助于患者早日康复，避免复发。

목적：탐토응용중약고삼세제좌욕치료치창적료효급호리체회。방법선취본원치창환자90례，수궤분량조，대조조안조상규치료，관찰조재차기출상가용고삼세제좌욕。결과관찰조적총유효솔체도84.4%，고우대조조적62.2﹪。결론응용고삼세제좌욕치료치창적림상효과교위이상，합리적호리방안유조우환자조일강복，피면복발。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic ef ects and nursing experience of the application of traditional Chinese medicine Kushen lotion sitz bath treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods: 90 cases of hemorrhoids patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group with conventional treatment, the observation group based on the use of Kushen lotion Hip bath. Results: the total ef ective rate of observation group reached 84.4%, higher than that of the control group 62.2. Conclusion: the clinical application ef ect of matrine lotion sitz bath treatment of hemorrhoids ideal, reasonable care program helps patients recover soon, to avoid recurrence.
