目的:探讨坦索罗辛对肾结石体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)术后排石的疗效和并发症的预防效果。方法180例单纯肾结石行 ESWL术患者,随机分成2组,坦索罗辛组90例,给予氟罗沙星、排石冲剂及坦索罗辛(哈乐),对照组90例,给予氟罗沙星、排石冲剂,治疗时间4w,比较两组之间结石排净率、石街的形成、膀胱刺激症状。结果坦索罗辛组的结石排净率高于对照组,坦索罗辛组石街形成率、膀胱刺激症状发生率低于对照组。治疗期间两组未出现药物不良反应。结论 ESWL术后坦索罗辛能够促进ESWL术后结石排出,预防石街形成,缓解疼痛及膀胱刺激症状,可以作为肾结石ESWL术后排石的辅助用药。

목적:탐토탄색라신대신결석체외충격파쇄석(ESWL)술후배석적료효화병발증적예방효과。방법180례단순신결석행 ESWL술환자,수궤분성2조,탄색라신조90례,급여불라사성、배석충제급탄색라신(합악),대조조90례,급여불라사성、배석충제,치료시간4w,비교량조지간결석배정솔、석가적형성、방광자격증상。결과탄색라신조적결석배정솔고우대조조,탄색라신조석가형성솔、방광자격증상발생솔저우대조조。치료기간량조미출현약물불량반응。결론 ESWL술후탄색라신능구촉진ESWL술후결석배출,예방석가형성,완해동통급방광자격증상,가이작위신결석ESWL술후배석적보조용약。
Objective To investigate the ef icacy of tamsulosin on extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL) prevention ef ect and complications of postoperative stone. Methods 180cases of renal calculi patients undergoing ESWL surgery, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 90 cases given the tamsulosin group, fleroxacin, Paishi granule and tamsulosin (Harold), 90 cases in the control group, received fleroxacin, Paishi granule, treatment time 4 weeks, compared between the 2 groups the lithagogue rate, m. The formation, bladder irritation symptoms. Results the tamsulosin group calculus removing rate higher than that of the control group, the tamsulosin group steinstrasse formation rate, bladder irritationsymptoms occur rate lower than the control group. During the treatment 2 group have no adverse drug reaction. Conclusion tamsulosin after ESWL can discharge the stone to promote ESWL after operation, prevention of steinstrasse formation, relieve pain and bladder irritationsymptoms, can be used as auxiliary medicine kidney stones ESWL postoperative stone.
