为满足电网资源优化配置的需要,机组AGC功能的投运势在必行。通过对邹县电厂600MW机组协调控制系统存在问题分析,从主汽压力修正、AGC指令优化、控制器任务区更改、磨煤机一次风控制等方面制定了AGC模式的优化策略,并进行了相应试验,使机组AGC调节品质完全满足电网要求。

In order to satisfy the optimal allocation of resources of the power grid,the AGC function must be adopted in the power unit.After analysising the existing problems of the coordinating control system of the 600MW power unit in Zouxian power plant, they made a optimization strategy for its system in aspects of adjusting main steam temperature,AGC command optimization,controller task area changing and primary air control of the mill,and implied some tests,which made the control quality satisfies the demand of the power grid.
