目的：探讨超声引导下注射无水乙醇配合口服米非司酮在治疗子宫肌瘤方面的价值。方法子宫肌瘤患者随机分AB两组，A组71例单纯注射无水乙醇，B组82例预先口服米非司酮12.5mg每日一次连服3个月后注射无水乙醇。一年后复查并对比观察疗效。结果一年后A组病例肌瘤平均缩小率为69.7%，B组病例肌瘤平均缩小率为85.2%。二者有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论彩超引导注射无水乙醇配合口服米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To study the value of treating uterine myoma with an injection of anhydrous alcohol and oral Mifepristone guided by CDFI.Methods Divide the cases into Group A and Group B at random;inject 71 cases of Group A with anhydrous alcohol alone;82 cases of Group B are ifrstly treated with an oral mifepristone in advance, 12.5 mg once a day, continuously taken in 3 months, then inject them with anhydrous alcohol;one year later, recheck all cases and observe and compare the different treatment effects of two Groups.Result With one-year treatment, the average diminution ratio of uterine myomas of cases in Groups A is 69.7% and that of Group B is 85.2%, which are obviously different (P<0.05).Conclusion Guided by CDFI, it's an effective and safe method of treating uterine myoma with an injection of anhydrous alcohol and oral Mifepristone.
