目的：开发研制高效低毒的川归胶囊观察本品治疗颈椎病的治疗效果。方法口服本品每次3g每日二次，连续服用15天为一个疗程，多数患者为2~3个疗程。结果本品治疗颈椎病患者76例，其中临床治愈34例，占44.7％；显效28例，占36.8％；好转12例，占15.8％；无效2例；占2.63％，总有效率97.37％。结论川归胶囊具有强筋壮骨、活血通经、软化骨刺、消肿止痛等作用，未发现明显副作用。对颈椎病有明显的治疗作用。
목적：개발연제고효저독적천귀효낭관찰본품치료경추병적치료효과。방법구복본품매차3g매일이차，련속복용15천위일개료정，다수환자위2~3개료정。결과본품치료경추병환자76례，기중림상치유34례，점44.7％；현효28례，점36.8％；호전12례，점15.8％；무효2례；점2.63％，총유효솔97.37％。결론천귀효낭구유강근장골、활혈통경、연화골자、소종지통등작용，미발현명현부작용。대경추병유명현적치료작용。
Objective Develop Chuan Gui capsule which is efifcient and low toxicity. Observe the therapeutic effect of the treatment of cervecal disease. Methods 3g orally twice daily for each of the goods, for taking 15 days for a course of treatment, most patients are 2 to 3 courses. Results This product treated 76 cases of cervical spondylosis, of which 34 cases were clinically cured, accounting for 44.7%;effective in 28 cases,36.8%;improvement in 12 cases, accounting for 15.8%;invalid in 2 cases,accouted for 2.63%. The total efifciency is 97.37%. Conclusion Chan Gui capsule with strengthening tendons and bones, promoting blood circulation, soften the bone spurs,swelling and relieving pain and so on, has no signiifcant side effects and therapeutic effect is signiifcant on cervical spondylosis.
