目的探讨硫化氢(H2S)对肠缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法将24只大鼠随机分为假手术组(A组)、缺血-再灌注组(B组),缺血-再灌注+NaHS组(C组),每组8只。A组仅行剖腹及游离肠系膜上动脉(SMA),B、C组建立大鼠肠缺血-再灌注损伤模型。C组在再灌注前10min静脉注射100μmol/kgNaHS后按1mg·kg-1·h-1持续静脉注射直到再灌注2h,A、B组静脉注射相同体积0.9%的氯化钠溶液,作用时间和持续时间均同C组。处死大鼠后取血测定血液流变学指标及H2S水平。结果与A组比较,B、C组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血沉及H2S水平均显著升高(均P<0.01);与B组比较,C组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血沉及H2S水平均显著下降(均P<0.01)。H2S与血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数及血沉均呈显著负相关(r=-0.844、-0.813、-0.825、-0.748、-0.842,均P<0.01)。结论 H2S能改善肠缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠血液流变学指标。

목적탐토류화경(H2S)대장결혈-재관주손상대서혈액류변학적영향。방법장24지대서수궤분위가수술조(A조)、결혈-재관주조(B조),결혈-재관주+NaHS조(C조),매조8지。A조부행부복급유리장계막상동맥(SMA),B、C조건립대서장결혈-재관주손상모형。C조재재관주전10min정맥주사100μmol/kgNaHS후안1mg·kg-1·h-1지속정맥주사직도재관주2h,A、B조정맥주사상동체적0.9%적록화납용액,작용시간화지속시간균동C조。처사대서후취혈측정혈액류변학지표급H2S수평。결과여A조비교,B、C조혈장점도、전혈고절점도、전혈저절점도、홍세포취집지수、혈침급H2S수평균현저승고(균P<0.01);여B조비교,C조혈장점도、전혈고절점도、전혈저절점도、홍세포취집지수、혈침급H2S수평균현저하강(균P<0.01)。H2S여혈장점도、전혈고절점도、전혈저절점도、홍세포취집지수급혈침균정현저부상관(r=-0.844、-0.813、-0.825、-0.748、-0.842,균P<0.01)。결론 H2S능개선장결혈-재관주손상대서혈액류변학지표。
Objective To investigate the effect of hydrogen sulfide on hemorheology during gut ischemia- reperfusion in-jury in rats. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 in each. The ischemia- reperfusion of superior mesenteric artery was induced in rats of groups I/P and NaSH, and group S received sham operation. Sodium hydrosulfide (100μmol/kg bolus+1mg·kg-1·h-1 infusion) was given to rats in group NaSH 10min prior to the onset of reperfusion, whereas rats in group S and I/P received same volume of normal sodium. Plasma hydrogen sulfide(H2S) level was detected and hemorheologic parameters were measured. Results Plasma H2S level and hemorheologic parameters in NaHS group were significantly higher than those in group I/P, but lower than those in group S(P<0.01). H2S level was negatively correlated with erythrocyte aggregation index, ESR, plasma viscosity, high blood viscosity and low blood viscosity (r=- 0.844,- 0.813,- 0.825,- 0.748,- 0.842, respec-tively, al P<0.01). Conclusion Hydrogen sulfide may play an important role in improving hemorheology during gut ischemi-a- reperfusion injury in rats.
