本文是对一起工程施工中机械设备发生事故的检验报告，事故的直接原因是钢丝绳断裂，通过对钢丝绳、滑轮、电动葫芦等的检验和分析，找到了导致钢丝绳断裂的真相，并对防止类似事故的发生及发生事故后如何查找原因提供了思路。

This paper is an examinational information about accident in engineering mechanical device. The direct reason is the breaking of tightwire. Accounting to the examination and analysis of the tightwire, chain wheel and electromotor, we find the real reason of the breaking of tightwire. All these offered a good idea for safe producing to prevent the similar accident from happening and how to find the reason after the accident happening.
