目的探讨MSCT对肾脏外伤的诊断价值及对临床治疗的指导意义。方法40例肾脏外伤，其中20例作MSCT增强扫描，全部经临床随访或手术证实。结果单纯肾包膜下血肿11例，肾挫伤并实质内血肿15例，肾周血肿5例，肾碎裂7例，肾动脉损伤2例。结论 MSCT对肾脏损伤能做出诊断，MSCT增强扫描提供更多信息，肾CTA检查更有助于发现肾血管损伤及供血情况，为临床治疗提供充分依据。

목적탐토MSCT대신장외상적진단개치급대림상치료적지도의의。방법40례신장외상，기중20례작MSCT증강소묘，전부경림상수방혹수술증실。결과단순신포막하혈종11례，신좌상병실질내혈종15례，신주혈종5례，신쇄렬7례，신동맥손상2례。결론 MSCT대신장손상능주출진단，MSCT증강소묘제공경다신식，신CTA검사경유조우발현신혈관손상급공혈정황，위림상치료제공충분의거。
Objective To explore the value of MSCT in diagnosis of kidney trauma and the clinical significance. Methods 40 cases of renal trauma, including 20 cases of MSCT enhanced scan, al confirmed by clinical fol ow-up or surgery. Results Pure renal subcapsular hematoma in 11 cases, renal contusion and parenchymal hematoma in 15 cases, renal week hematoma in 5 cases, 7 cases of renal rupture, 2 cases of renal artery injury. Conclusion MSCT can make a diagnosis, damage to the kidney MSCT enhanced scan can provide more information, renal CTA inspection can find better renal vascular injury and blood flow, provides the ful basis for clinical treatment.
