循环肿瘤细胞（CTCs）和细胞游离DNA（cfDNA）近十年间得到了肿瘤学界的广泛关注。大量的文献报道CTCs和cfDNA在肿瘤诊断、疗效监测和预后评估方面具有价值。本综述将系统介绍CTCs和cfDNA的生物学特性以及临床意义，并探讨CTCs和cfDNA从基础研究到肿瘤临床转化的前景和挑战。

Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and cell-free DNA (cfDNA) have gained increasing interests during the decade. A wealth of information indicating the potential value of CTCs and cfDNA for cancer diagnosis, monitoring of the efficacy of anticancer therapies and prognosis has emerged. In this review, we communicate the knowledge obtained through analysis the biology and potential clinical use of CTCs and cfDNA to oncologies, moreover, discuss their impact and challenges on the management of patients with cancer.
