随着WCDMA用户的增长,网络负荷增加、无线资源利用率升高并出现资源拥塞的问题,如何有效降低网络负荷是目前急需解决的问题。通过升级多载波可降低网络负荷、提升网络质量。多载波的部署有热点部署、连片部署两种方式,部署多载波后,主要存在业务分担、负荷分担两种策略,通过实验证明,轻载网络建议采用业务分担策略。随着业务的增长,为保证载波之间负荷的均衡性,建议调整为负荷分担。

With the growth of WCDMA users and of the utilization efficiency for wireless resource, network load increases and correspondingly the resources congest sometimes. This paper proposes a method to reduce the network load and improve the QoS of network effectively by multicarrier. After multicarrier deployment which has two ways, hot deployment and continuous deployment, this paper suggests two strategies of traffic sharing and load sharing, the former of which applied in low load network, and the latter of which applied for the service growth resulting in imbalance among the carriers.
