关怀理论是一种新兴的西方德育教育理论。关怀理论打破了传统教学模式中师生之间“我--他”的人际关系,构建了一种新型的关系模式“我--你”,学生被看作是有主见的、有思想的、完整的人,而不再是单纯的受教育者和客体;教师也不再是权威、高高在上了,而是与学生平等交往与沟通中的关心者,促进了师生关系向着和谐的方向发展。本文旨在探讨由关怀理论指导下如何构建和谐师生关系。

Caring theory is a new kind of western moral education theory. Caring theory broke the traditional interpersonal relationship"between teachers and students", build a new relation mode, the student is seen as a strong minded, thinking,complete people, and is no longer the simple educatee and object;the teacher is no longer superior authority, the communication and interaction with students, but equal in the communication, to promote the development of harmonious relationship between teachers and students. This paper aims to discuss how to construct the harmonious relationship between teachers and students under the guidance of caring theory.
