针对新教师通常理论知识较丰富而缺少相应的实践和教学技能的实际,笔者在《新课程理念下小学数学创新教学设计》课程培训中,通过自己做出或提供一些典型的教学案例,让新教师亲身体验创新教学设计、在分析学习中领会创新教学设计、在讨论交流中加深对创新教学设计的感悟,掌握新课程理念下基本的教学设计准则,克服了传统的教师培训存在着培训过程体现和发挥培训教师的主体性不够、没有把培训课堂当作增强教学技能及改进工作的演练场、整个培训过程缺少研究性特征等缺点,有效地促进了新教师的专业成长。
針對新教師通常理論知識較豐富而缺少相應的實踐和教學技能的實際,筆者在《新課程理唸下小學數學創新教學設計》課程培訓中,通過自己做齣或提供一些典型的教學案例,讓新教師親身體驗創新教學設計、在分析學習中領會創新教學設計、在討論交流中加深對創新教學設計的感悟,掌握新課程理唸下基本的教學設計準則,剋服瞭傳統的教師培訓存在著培訓過程體現和髮揮培訓教師的主體性不夠、沒有把培訓課堂噹作增彊教學技能及改進工作的縯練場、整箇培訓過程缺少研究性特徵等缺點,有效地促進瞭新教師的專業成長。

Aiming at the actual new teachers often theoretical knowledge is rich and the corresponding lack of practice and teaching skills, the author in the"innovation"teaching design of primary school mathematics courses under the new curriculum ideas, provide some typical teaching cases by themselves, let the new teachers to personally experience innovation teaching design, in the analysis of understanding teaching design, enhance mutual communication in the discussion on the innovation of teaching design perception learning, master the basic criterion of teaching design under the new curriculum, to overcome the traditional teacher training has the main training process embodied and play training teachers is not enough, not the training class as enhanced teaching skills and improvements, the drill field the training process lacks the characteristics of defects, effectively promote the teacher professional development.
