目的：研究护理干预措施对双侧甲状腺次全切除术后并发症发生的意义。方法收集47例本院行双侧甲状腺次全切除术患者的临床资料，总结观察要点与护理措施，评价护理效果。结果47例双侧甲状腺次全切除术患者针对并发症的观察与护理，发生术后并发症5例：其中术后出血2例、声音嘶哑2例、甲状旁腺损伤1例。所有病例均有护士及时观察发现后通知医生进行对症处理后症状缓解，无呼吸困难及窒息等严重并发症。结论加强对双侧甲状腺次全手术后患者并发症的观察与处理，能够有效降低并发症的发生。

Objective to study the nursing intervention measures for bilateral meaning of complications after total resection of thyroid times. Methods col ected 47 cases were col ected.the patients with bilateral total resection of thyroid times, summarizes the key points of observation and nursing measures to evaluate the nursing ef ect. The Results of 47 patients with bilateral total resection of thyroid times for complications of observation and nursing, postoperative complications occurred in 5 cases, postoperative hemorrhage 2 cases, 2 cases hoarse, parathyroid injury in 1 case. Al cases were nurse timely inform the doctor after observed after symptomatic treatment of symptoms, no dif iculty breathing and severe complications such as choking. Conclusion to strengthen bilateral thyroid times ful observation and timely treatment of patients with complications after the surgery, can ef ectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
