给出一种采用普通模拟负载台替代真实发动机负载台的等效试验方法,在发动机谐振特性数据分析辨识和设计模拟负载台谐振点的基础上,提出对影响性能指标的频率点特性进行修正的方法,并定期标定谐振特性。经过研究和实践,得以成功替代真实发动机负载台。验收产品已执行了数十发火箭发射任务,证明此种方法有效。
給齣一種採用普通模擬負載檯替代真實髮動機負載檯的等效試驗方法,在髮動機諧振特性數據分析辨識和設計模擬負載檯諧振點的基礎上,提齣對影響性能指標的頻率點特性進行脩正的方法,併定期標定諧振特性。經過研究和實踐,得以成功替代真實髮動機負載檯。驗收產品已執行瞭數十髮火箭髮射任務,證明此種方法有效。

A test method for substituting loading equipment for swiveling engine in launch vehicles is introduced. The resonance-frequency data of engine are analyzed and the loading equipment is designed. The parameters of loading equipment for effecting performance index are revised and the loading equipment is corrected periodically. The method has been applied to trial productions. The launch vehicles have carried out flight successfully dozens of times. The results show that resonance-frequency-equivalent is an acceptable method.
