The cost control and management of subgrade is throughout the whole process of the project construction. Efficient cost management is the fundamental guarantee to reduce the engineering cost and take profit of the subgrade earthwork construction, and it is the foundation of survival and development for enterprises. Combined with the engineering cases, this paper discusses the cost control and management of subgrade earthwork project of the construction enterprises.
