某金矿一直采用普通锻打钢球,球耗高达1.1kg/t,钢球成本占整个选厂成本的20.32%,为进一步降低成本,增加效益,积极引进高铬合金铸球进行工业试验,试验期间球磨机运行稳定,各项工艺指标正常,试验结果表明磨球单耗降低到0.798kg/t,达到了试用新材料降低选矿成本的目的。

The common forging steel ball is used in a gold mine, the consumption of the steel ball is 1.1kg/t, and the cost of steel ball occupies 20.32%of the whole factory cost. In order to reduce cost and increase benefit, the factory actively introduces NYTQ for industrial test. During the test, the ball mill runs stable, and each process indicator is normal. The result of the experiment shows that the cost of steel ball decreases to 0.798kg/t, and it achieves the purpose of reducing the cost of ore dressing by trying the new materials.
