运用ELES模型对黑龙江垦区居民消费需求结构进行统计分析，具体分析了边际消费倾向和增量投放系数、需求的收入弹性、需求的价格弹性和交叉弹性，在此基础上针对黑龙江垦区居民现阶段消费结构的特点，提出了升级和优化黑龙江垦区居民消费结构的相关对策与建议。

This paper statistically analyses the residents' consumption structure of Heilongjiang reclamation area by using ELES model, specifically analyses the marginal propensity to consume, incremental launching coefficient, and income elasticity, price elasticity and cross elasticity of demand, and based on this, proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to upgrade and optimize the residents' consumption structure of Heilongjiang reclamation area aimed at the characteristics of present residents' consumption structure of Heilongjiang reclamation area.
