目的：评价我院内科临床部非专科护士对糖尿病的认知现况及培训的实际效果。方法应用住院患者血糖管理多学科联合护理项目（UCARE）培训课堂对非专科护理人员进行糖尿病相关知识培训，通过课堂上提问，课后有奖竞答，阶段性发放考卷检测糖尿病的认知程度。结果非专科护理人员培训前糖尿病认知整体水平不高，培训前与培训后比较明显提高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过加强培训，非专科护士糖尿病知识增加，参与意识加强，收到满意的效果。
목적：평개아원내과림상부비전과호사대당뇨병적인지현황급배훈적실제효과。방법응용주원환자혈당관리다학과연합호리항목（UCARE）배훈과당대비전과호리인원진행당뇨병상관지식배훈，통과과당상제문，과후유장경답，계단성발방고권검측당뇨병적인지정도。결과비전과호리인원배훈전당뇨병인지정체수평불고，배훈전여배훈후비교명현제고，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론통과가강배훈，비전과호사당뇨병지식증가，삼여의식가강，수도만의적효과。
Objective: Evaluate our department of internal clinicalmedicine non-specialist nurses cognition to diabetes status and training ef ect. Methods Application multidisciplinary inpatient glycemic management joint care items (UCARE) classroom training related to non-specialist nurses trained diabetes knowledge,Asked by the classroom,after-school prize quizzes,papers phased release detection for diabetes awareness. Results Non-specialist diabetes nurses training before the overal level of awareness is not high compared with the pre-service training significantly improved after the training, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion By strengthening training, non-specialist nurses to increase diabetes knowledge, strengthen the sense of participation, receive satisfactory results.
