介绍了一种完全符合 IEC 60896-2和 GB/T 19638.2-2005标准的固定型阀控密封铅酸蓄电池欧姆内阻微量增加值验证方法,利用此方法能精确、快速、方便地检验蓄电池内阻测试装置对蓄电池内阻微增量测量结果的准确性。首先在被测蓄电池的任意一极附加一个已知阻值的电阻,用被验证的蓄电池内阻测试装置分别测量蓄电池原始两极间的阻值和已串接了微电阻的总阻值,然后将两次测量值的差值与所串接的微电阻比较,即可计算被验证的内阻测试装置的测量误差。通过串接不同阻值的微电阻,得到一组内阻增量测算误差值。选择不同容量和不同品牌的电池,重复上述测试,得到多组内阻增量测算误差值,从而计算出蓄电池内阻测试装置对蓄电池内阻增量的测量标准差。

This paper introduces a kind of verification method for ohmic internal resistance micro-increment added value of fixed valve controlled selling lead-acid battery which is fully up to IEC 60896-2 and GB/T19638.2-2005 standards. By using this method,it was able to precisely,rapidly and conveniently detect accuracy of internal resistance micro-increment added value by battery internal resistance testing device. Firstly,a resistance of known value was added to a random pole of the measured battery and resistance value between original poles and total resistance value with cascading micro-resistance value was respectively measured by verified battery internal resistance testing device. By comparing difference value of twice measured values and micro-resistance value,it was able to calculate measuring error of verified internal resistance testing de-vice. By connecting resistances of different micro-resistance values,a group of measuring and calculating error values of in-ternal resistance added value was obtained. Selecting batteries different capacities and brands and repeating the above tes-ting,many groups measuring and calculating error values of internal resistance added values were obtained. Thereby,meas-ured standard deviation of battery internal resistance added value was worked out.
