目的：心理护理干预对的心理状况影响进行分析和探讨。方法以我院收治的60例女性不孕患者为研究对象，随机分组。对照组患者在临床上主要采用常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上增加综合心理护理干预。结果实验组患者心理状况评分明显低于对照组，差异存在统计学意义，P<0.05。结论采用综合心理护理对不孕不育症患者进行干预，能够有效疏导患者的心理状态，减轻患者的精神负担，值得推广和普及。

Objective: to analyze and discuss the influence of nursing intervention on the psychological status. Methods: 60 cases of female infertility patients in our hospital as the research object, the random grouping. Patients in the control group used routine nursing in clinical, experimental group to increase comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. Results: the psychological status of patients with scores of experimental group was significantly lower than control group, the dif erence had statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion: the comprehensive nursing intervention on infertility patients, can ef ectively ease the psychological status of the patients, reduce patient burden, is worthy of promotion and popularization.
