目的:探讨捆绑带应用于兔胫骨骨折动物模型,在不同束缚压力下骨折愈合的生物力学特点。方法45只成年新西兰大白兔随机分为3组,建立兔胫骨干非负重骨折动物模型,髓内固定后,分别在骨折部位加用200、150、100 N束缚压力的捆绑带固定,术后2、4、6周测量标本的三点弯曲强度、拉伸强度、旋转强度,观察不同时期模型生物力学的变化及与骨折愈合过程变化的关系。结果术后2周测试3组的三点弯曲强度、拉伸强度、旋转强度,有明显统计学差异(P<0.05),其中200 N组最大,100 N组最小;术后4周测试3组的三点弯曲强度、拉伸强度、旋转强度,有明显统计学差异(P<0.05),150 N组最大,100 N组最小;术后6周测试3组的三点弯曲强度、拉伸强度、旋转强度,有明显统计学差异(P<0.05),150 N组最大,200 N组最小。结论适宜的捆绑带压力对骨折愈合的过程有帮助,通过增加断端的稳定性同时避免应力遮挡,能够促进骨折断端的愈合。
目的:探討捆綁帶應用于兔脛骨骨摺動物模型,在不同束縳壓力下骨摺愈閤的生物力學特點。方法45隻成年新西蘭大白兔隨機分為3組,建立兔脛骨榦非負重骨摺動物模型,髓內固定後,分彆在骨摺部位加用200、150、100 N束縳壓力的捆綁帶固定,術後2、4、6週測量標本的三點彎麯彊度、拉伸彊度、鏇轉彊度,觀察不同時期模型生物力學的變化及與骨摺愈閤過程變化的關繫。結果術後2週測試3組的三點彎麯彊度、拉伸彊度、鏇轉彊度,有明顯統計學差異(P<0.05),其中200 N組最大,100 N組最小;術後4週測試3組的三點彎麯彊度、拉伸彊度、鏇轉彊度,有明顯統計學差異(P<0.05),150 N組最大,100 N組最小;術後6週測試3組的三點彎麯彊度、拉伸彊度、鏇轉彊度,有明顯統計學差異(P<0.05),150 N組最大,200 N組最小。結論適宜的捆綁帶壓力對骨摺愈閤的過程有幫助,通過增加斷耑的穩定性同時避免應力遮擋,能夠促進骨摺斷耑的愈閤。
목적:탐토곤방대응용우토경골골절동물모형,재불동속박압력하골절유합적생물역학특점。방법45지성년신서란대백토수궤분위3조,건립토경골간비부중골절동물모형,수내고정후,분별재골절부위가용200、150、100 N속박압력적곤방대고정,술후2、4、6주측량표본적삼점만곡강도、랍신강도、선전강도,관찰불동시기모형생물역학적변화급여골절유합과정변화적관계。결과술후2주측시3조적삼점만곡강도、랍신강도、선전강도,유명현통계학차이(P<0.05),기중200 N조최대,100 N조최소;술후4주측시3조적삼점만곡강도、랍신강도、선전강도,유명현통계학차이(P<0.05),150 N조최대,100 N조최소;술후6주측시3조적삼점만곡강도、랍신강도、선전강도,유명현통계학차이(P<0.05),150 N조최대,200 N조최소。결론괄의적곤방대압력대골절유합적과정유방조,통과증가단단적은정성동시피면응력차당,능구촉진골절단단적유합。
Objective Cerclage band of different bound stress was applied in the animal model of rabbit tibia fracture to observe the biomechanical characteristics of fracture model. Methods 45 New Zealand white rabbit tibia fracture animal models of non-weight-bearing were established and randomly divided into three groups, the three groups adopted intramedullary fixation, and the cerclage band of three different Bound stress 200 Newton, 150 Newton, 100 Newton was added at the fracture site for bundled fixed, as well as the comparison of three-point bending strength, tensile strength, rotation intensity were done in 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks in order to observe the relationship between biomechanical model changes and fracture healing. Results The three-point bending strength, tensile strength and rotation intensity of the three groups were tested at 2 weeks postoperatively, there were obvious difference in three groups(P<0.05). The largest was Group A(200 Newton) and the minimum was Group C(100 Newton). The three-point bending strength, tensile strength and rotation intensity of the three groups were tested at 4 weeks postoperatively, there were obvious difference in there groups(P<0.05). The largest was Group B (200 Newton)and the minimum was Group C(100 Newton). At 6 weeks, The three-point bending strength, tensile strength and rotation intensity of the three groups were tested the last time, and obvious difference in there groups(P<0.05). The largest was Group B(200 Newton) and the minimum was Group A(100 Newton). Conclusion Appropriate bundled with pressure is helpful to the process of fracture healing, by increasing the stability and avoid stress shelter, can promote healing of fracture.
