介绍了三维装配工艺规划技术以及所用的软件环境。基于Tecnomatix软件平台进行三维工艺设计与仿真,针对Tecnomatix在工艺输出与发布方面存在不足的问题,提出了通过二次开发完成工艺信息提取以及通过开发定制完成工艺发布的方法,并利用C#开发了工艺信息输出功能模块和工艺发布平台。最后通过实例验证了技术和方案的可行性。

This paper mentioned the techniques of Three-dimensional assembly process planning, and the software tool is introduced. Three-dimensional assembly process designing and simulation were developed on the Tecnomatix platform, and a method of secondary development for the drawing of process information is mentioned to solve the problem of outputting information. To solve the problem of publishing assembly process information with the Tecnomatix platform, a system was developed. Both the two modules were compiled by C# based on Visual Studio 2008. At last, a case is used to confirmation the feasibility of this plan.
