坚持体育锻炼已是人人皆知的好习惯,但是在锻炼中间一些错误的方式方法,不仅会让运动效果大打折扣,如果方法不当,还可起到相反的作用,影响到身体健康。这不仅相悖于人们参加体育活动的初衷,而且还要承受不必要的痛苦,给自己、家人和学校带来负面影响。拥有了健康的身体才能更好地去学习,创造生活、享受生活。为了健康,我们应该积极地养成一个良好的健身习惯。在体育教学中教会学生运动技能很重要,使学生拥有一个正确的健身习惯更为重要。
堅持體育鍛煉已是人人皆知的好習慣,但是在鍛煉中間一些錯誤的方式方法,不僅會讓運動效果大打摺釦,如果方法不噹,還可起到相反的作用,影響到身體健康。這不僅相悖于人們參加體育活動的初衷,而且還要承受不必要的痛苦,給自己、傢人和學校帶來負麵影響。擁有瞭健康的身體纔能更好地去學習,創造生活、享受生活。為瞭健康,我們應該積極地養成一箇良好的健身習慣。在體育教學中教會學生運動技能很重要,使學生擁有一箇正確的健身習慣更為重要。
견지체육단련이시인인개지적호습관,단시재단련중간일사착오적방식방법,불부회양운동효과대타절구,여과방법불당,환가기도상반적작용,영향도신체건강。저불부상패우인문삼가체육활동적초충,이차환요승수불필요적통고,급자기、가인화학교대래부면영향。옹유료건강적신체재능경호지거학습,창조생활、향수생활。위료건강,아문응해적겁지양성일개량호적건신습관。재체육교학중교회학생운동기능흔중요,사학생옹유일개정학적건신습관경위중요。
Insisting on do physical training was well known to be a good habit, but some of the habit of exercise was some mistakes, not only can movement effect produce at greatly decreasing, if the method is not appropriate, but also the opposite effect, affect the body health. Can this not only contrary to the original intention of people to participate in physical activities, but also bear unnecessary pain, it bring negative impact for oneself, family and school, and have a healthy body can better to learn, create life, enjoy life, for health, we should be actively to de-velop a good fitness habits in the sports teaching the church student.
