目的：探讨产科病房开展健康教育的有效方法。方法以小组负责制的形式开展健康教育，开展前制定具体的实施细则和质量控制制度，建立和确定指导性文件，实行分组、分层次和三级质量控制制度，比较小组负责制前后健康教育知晓率和患者满意度。结果实行小组负责制后健康教育知晓率比较观察组88.15%，对照组57.85%(P>0.05)，患者满意度较比较观察组95.86%，对照组63.09%，实施前显著提高（P＜0.01）。结论以小组负责制的形式开展健康教育工作，能规范产科健康教育流程，提高教育效果和患者满意度，提高产科护理质量，保证健康教育工作的持续、稳定、有效开展。

목적：탐토산과병방개전건강교육적유효방법。방법이소조부책제적형식개전건강교육，개전전제정구체적실시세칙화질량공제제도，건립화학정지도성문건，실행분조、분층차화삼급질량공제제도，비교소조부책제전후건강교육지효솔화환자만의도。결과실행소조부책제후건강교육지효솔비교관찰조88.15%，대조조57.85%(P>0.05)，환자만의도교비교관찰조95.86%，대조조63.09%，실시전현저제고（P＜0.01）。결론이소조부책제적형식개전건강교육공작，능규범산과건강교육류정，제고교육효과화환자만의도，제고산과호리질량，보증건강교육공작적지속、은정、유효개전。
Objective: To investigate the ef ective methods to carry out health education of the maternity ward. Methods: responsible for carrying out health education system in the form of a group, formulate specific implementation details and quality control system to carry out front, set and determined the guiding document, implement the grouping, hierarchical and three level quality control system, the group responsible system before and after the health education awareness rate and satisfaction of patients. Results: the team after the health education awareness rate were 88.15%, 57.85% in the control group (P>0.05), patient satisfaction with the observation group 95.86%, control group 63.09%, before the implementation of improved significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: accountability in the form to carry out health education work in teams, to regulate the flow of obstetric health education, improve the ef ectiveness of education and the satisfaction of patients, improve the quality of obstetric care, ensure the sustained, stable, healthy education and work.
