目的：探讨早期鼻饲对重型颅脑损伤患者预防应激性溃疡的效果。方法将我院神经外科ICU收治的160例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分成常规鼻饲组和早期鼻饲组，两组在预防应激性溃疡发生率方面进行比较。结果160例重型颅脑损伤患者应激性溃疡发生42例（26.3%），常规鼻饲组80例出血32（40.0%），早期鼻饲组80例出血10（12.5%）。结论早期鼻饲组出血率低于常规鼻饲组（P＜0.05），早期给予鼻饲预防应激性溃疡有较好的临床效果。
목적：탐토조기비사대중형로뇌손상환자예방응격성궤양적효과。방법장아원신경외과ICU수치적160례중형로뇌손상환자수궤분성상규비사조화조기비사조，량조재예방응격성궤양발생솔방면진행비교。결과160례중형로뇌손상환자응격성궤양발생42례（26.3%），상규비사조80례출혈32（40.0%），조기비사조80례출혈10（12.5%）。결론조기비사조출혈솔저우상규비사조（P＜0.05），조기급여비사예방응격성궤양유교호적림상효과。
Objective To explore the ef ect of early nasogastric feeding on the prevention of stress ulcer in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods 160 cases of severe traumatic brain injury admit ed to our hospital NICU were randomly divided into routine nasogastric group and early nasogastric group. We compared the incidence of stress ulcer between two groups. Results Stress ulcer occured in 26.3% of al cases (42 in 160 cases). The incidence of stress ulcer was 40.0% (32 in 80 cases) in routine nasogastric group, and 12.5% (10 in 80 cases) in early nasogastric group, respectively. Conclusion:early nasal feeding group bleeding rate is lower than the routine nasogastric feeding group (P<0.05), early nasal feeding in prevention of stress ulcer with good clinical results.
