本文以重庆某轨道交通综合楼为基本案例,从其实践的绿色建筑策略中提炼出绿色建筑的诸多经验,总结了绿色建筑实践的基本原则:采用适宜的技术、合理利用可再生能源、引入绿色建筑评价体系,并以建筑全年能耗模拟软件预测建筑运行能耗,以验证其绿色建筑技术的有效性,在建筑运行前期起到理性的指导作用。
本文以重慶某軌道交通綜閤樓為基本案例,從其實踐的綠色建築策略中提煉齣綠色建築的諸多經驗,總結瞭綠色建築實踐的基本原則:採用適宜的技術、閤理利用可再生能源、引入綠色建築評價體繫,併以建築全年能耗模擬軟件預測建築運行能耗,以驗證其綠色建築技術的有效性,在建築運行前期起到理性的指導作用。

This article take the green building project of Chongqing Railway Transit Corporation as an example to introduce the green building design concept,strategy and project experience in Chongqing,and makes a conclusion of the basic principles for green building project development: to use the adapted strategies,to use the renewable energy properly,and to use the green building assessment as a tool.Energy modeling for whole building energy consumption per year is used to estimate the validity of those green building strategies and work as a rational guideline before the building operation.
