加强对监考教师的思想品德教育是十分必要的，监考教师在期末考试中的表现主流是好的，但也存在着不尽如人意的状况。分析监考教师在期末考试监考工作中表现不足的原因，并提出对监考教师进行思想品德教育的对策。
加彊對鑑攷教師的思想品德教育是十分必要的，鑑攷教師在期末攷試中的錶現主流是好的，但也存在著不儘如人意的狀況。分析鑑攷教師在期末攷試鑑攷工作中錶現不足的原因，併提齣對鑑攷教師進行思想品德教育的對策。
가강대감고교사적사상품덕교육시십분필요적，감고교사재기말고시중적표현주류시호적，단야존재착불진여인의적상황。분석감고교사재기말고시감고공작중표현불족적원인，병제출대감고교사진행사상품덕교육적대책。
To strengthen the ideological and moral education of the monitoring teachers is very essential. The supervisors" mainstream of the performance in the final exam is good, and however, there also exists an unsatisfied situation. This thesis analyses the investigators' work deficiency in the final exam, and puts forward the countermeasures toward their ideological and moral character education.
