辽宁丹东宽甸县是暴雨高发地区。年暴雨发生天次在4~11 d之间,且主要集中在每年的7~8月,占全年的80%以上。在极短时期内,地区土壤高度饱和、降雨强度很大的不利条件下,极易发生山体滑坡、山洪泥石流等地质灾害。根据泥石流形成的水动力条件、物源条件、地质条件,借鉴单沟泥石流发生概率判别所用的暴雨强度指标及用于预测山洪泥石流的区域临界雨量判别公式,拟定宽甸县山洪泥石流预警系统。

료녕단동관전현시폭우고발지구。년폭우발생천차재4~11 d지간,차주요집중재매년적7~8월,점전년적80%이상。재겁단시기내,지구토양고도포화、강우강도흔대적불리조건하,겁역발생산체활파、산홍니석류등지질재해。근거니석류형성적수동력조건、물원조건、지질조건,차감단구니석류발생개솔판별소용적폭우강도지표급용우예측산홍니석류적구역림계우량판별공식,의정관전현산홍니석류예경계통。
Kuandian County is an heavy rain - prone area in Dandong city, experiencing heavy rain for 4 to 11 days a year. Over eighty percent heavy rain occurs mainly during the period of July and August. For the rain has a high intensity in a very short time, the soil is highly saturated, geologic hazards such as landslide and debris flow and flush flood are extremely vulnerable. According to the hydrodynamic condition, material source condition, geo- logical condition, as well as the rain intensity index for determining the probability of debris flow and the equation for determining the local critical rainfall for forecasting debris flow and flush flood, the early - warning system for torrential flood is developed.
