听觉是人类重要的感知器官，练耳更是建立在听觉之上的艺术技能，想要有效的提高练耳学习效率，就必须具备合理的、科学的教学方法，深入了解泛化的产生与解决。本文试从教学实践的过程中，深入透彻地分析视唱练耳教学中所存在的泛化、心理强度等问题。

Hearing is an important sensory organ of human beings and ear training is an artistic skill based upon the hearing. In order to improve the efficiency of the ear training, one must develop equitable, scientific teaching method, and have deep understanding of the creation and solution of generalization. The author tries to penetrate the generalization, mental intensity which exists in Solfeggio teaching through the process of teaching practice.
