应用MSC.ADAMS及ANSYS软件,在ADAMS/Car软件中建立了某前少片簧/后空气悬架牵引车带挂与无挂两种工况下的刚柔体耦合的整车动力学模型。模型的各类参数主要通过实验和CATIA软件获取。通过悬挂系统固有频率和整车静平衡仿真分析,验证了模型的正确性。在ADAMS/Car中,利用虚拟仿真技术对牵引车带挂与无挂两种工况下的整车模型进行操纵稳定性仿真试验,研究半挂车参数对牵引车操纵稳定性能的影响。通过试验结果对比,分析半挂车对牵引车操纵稳定性的影响,对牵引车-半挂车悬架系统的设计具有一定的指导意义。

Using the software of MSC.ADAMS and ANSYS,build a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of vehicle with a few leaf springs front and air suspension rear in two conditions of handing and no handing .The various parameters of the model are mainly obtained through experiments and the CATIA software .Verify the accuracy of the model through the suspension system natural frequency and vehicle static balancing simulation analysis .Do the handling and stability simulation experiment on the two tractors of handing and no handing through virtual simulation experiment in ADAMS /Car.Study the impact of handling and stabil-ity of the semi-trailer parameter on the tractor .Through the comparison of test results ,analyze the impact of handling and stability of the semi-trailer on the tractor and it has guiding significance for the design of the tractor-semi-trailer suspension system .
