目的：探讨如何减少老年住院患者跌倒事件发生的防范对策。方法对12例老年住院患者跌倒的临床资料进行综合分析。结果防范措施有跌倒风险评估、改善环境、高危患者的特别护理、健康教育等。结论加强安全管理，合理配置护理人力，重视环境和设施安全建设，不断改进护理措施，从而减少跌倒事件的发生。

목적：탐토여하감소노년주원환자질도사건발생적방범대책。방법대12례노년주원환자질도적림상자료진행종합분석。결과방범조시유질도풍험평고、개선배경、고위환자적특별호리、건강교육등。결론가강안전관리，합리배치호리인력，중시배경화설시안전건설，불단개진호리조시，종이감소질도사건적발생。
Objective: To investigate how to reduce the hospitalized elderly countermeasures events of fal s in patients. Methods: the clinical data of 12 cases of fal s in elderly inpatients were analyzed. Results:the prevention measures of fal risk assessment, improve the environment, high risk patients with special care, health education. Conclusion: to strengthen safety management, reasonable al ocation of nursing manpower, pay at ention to environmental and facility safety construction, continuously improve the nursing measures, so as to reduce the incidence of fal s in the event.
