目的 建立以高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器测定大川芎即型凝胶中天麻素、阿魏酸含量的方法.方法 以C18为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为天麻素270 nm、阿魏酸321 nm,流速为1 ml/min,柱温是25℃,进样量是20μl.结果 天麻素、阿魏酸分别在0.2605 ~ 1.563μg(r=0.9995)、0.107 ~ 0.642μg(r=0.9998)浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.1%、100.0%,RSD分别是0.1%、0.1%.结论 本方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制.

목적 건립이고효액상색보-증발광산사검측기측정대천궁즉형응효중천마소、아위산함량적방법.방법 이C18위색보주,류동상위을정-0.1%린산용액진행제도세탈,검측파장위천마소270 nm、아위산321 nm,류속위1 ml/min,주온시25℃,진양량시20μl.결과 천마소、아위산분별재0.2605 ~ 1.563μg(r=0.9995)、0.107 ~ 0.642μg(r=0.9998)농도범위내유량호적선성관계,평균회수솔분별위100.1%、100.0%,RSD분별시0.1%、0.1%.결론 본방법간편、준학、전속성강,가용우해제제적질량공제.
Objective To establish a method for the determination of gastrodin and ferulic acid in Dachuanxiong in situ gel by HPLC-DAD.Methods HPLC-DAD was performed on a C18 column using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate acid solution as the mobile phase for gradient elution at a flow rate of 1ml/min.The detection wave length was at 270 nm for gastrodin and 321 nm for fenulic acid.The column temperature was 25 ℃ and the sample size was 20 μ l.Results The linear range of gastrodin and ferulic acid was 0.2605-1.563 μ g (r =0.9995),0.107-0.642μg (r =0.9998) respectively,the average recovery was 100.1%,100.0% respectively,RSD were 0.1% and 0.1% respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,special and can be used for the quality control of Dachuanxiong in situ gel.
