观察速眠新注射液联合戊巴比妥钠对比格犬的麻醉效果。健康比格犬20只，用速眠新注射液1．6 mg/kg肌注诱导麻醉，戊巴比妥纳5 mg/（kg · h）～10 mg/（kg · h）静脉维持麻醉，随麻醉时间延长逐渐减量。速眠新注射液联合戊巴比妥钠复合麻醉，麻醉诱导平稳，麻醉期间心肺功能保持在正常范围之内，能满足临床外科教学需求。速眠新注射液联合戊巴比妥钠对比格犬的麻醉效果较好，麻醉安全、稳定，经济，适合临床外科教学。
관찰속면신주사액연합무파비타납대비격견적마취효과。건강비격견20지，용속면신주사액1．6 mg/kg기주유도마취，무파비타납5 mg/（kg · h）～10 mg/（kg · h）정맥유지마취，수마취시간연장축점감량。속면신주사액연합무파비타납복합마취，마취유도평은，마취기간심폐공능보지재정상범위지내，능만족림상외과교학수구。속면신주사액연합무파비타납대비격견적마취효과교호，마취안전、은정，경제，괄합림상외과교학。
The anesthetic effect of sumianxin injection combined with pentobarbital was investigated in Bea-gle dogs .Twenty healthy dogs ,sumianxin injection was used to induced anesthesia 1 .6 mg/kg ,IM ,pento-barbital was used to intravenous maintenance anesthesia 5 mg/(kg · h)-10 mg/(kg · h) ,anesthesia dose was reduced with the time .The demand of clinical surgery teaching was met while sumianxin injection combined with pentobarbital was applied ,and the induced anesthesia steady ,the cardiopulmonary function was normal .The anesthetic effect of sumianxin injection combined with pentobarbital was good in Beagle dogs ,suitable for clinical surgery teaching because of anesthetic safety ,simplicity of operation and econo-my .
