在试验水温29℃～31℃时，单次口灌服10 mg/kg剂量氟甲喹后，观察氟甲喹在罗非鱼体内的消除规律和残留情况。分别于给药后3、6、12、24、48、72、96、120、144、168 h采集肌肉和皮肤组织样品。组织样品经过提取、净化和反相高效液相色谱荧光检测法测定。结果表明，在水温29℃～31℃的条件下，氟甲喹吸收迅速，给药后9 h ，迅速达到峰浓度的750．9μg/kg ±148．4μg/kg。但其在组织中的消除较慢，消除半衰期为45．59 h。参考农业部最高残留限量500μg/kg的规定下，氟甲喹在罗非鱼体内的休药期为95 h。

재시험수온29℃～31℃시，단차구관복10 mg/kg제량불갑규후，관찰불갑규재라비어체내적소제규률화잔류정황。분별우급약후3、6、12、24、48、72、96、120、144、168 h채집기육화피부조직양품。조직양품경과제취、정화화반상고효액상색보형광검측법측정。결과표명，재수온29℃～31℃적조건하，불갑규흡수신속，급약후9 h ，신속체도봉농도적750．9μg/kg ±148．4μg/kg。단기재조직중적소제교만，소제반쇠기위45．59 h。삼고농업부최고잔류한량500μg/kg적규정하，불갑규재라비어체내적휴약기위95 h。
The depletion pattern of flumequine in muscle plus skin of tilapia was examined under field con-ditions at 29 ℃-31 ℃ after single gavage administration of 10 g/kg muscle plus skin were sampled at 3 ,6 , 12 ,24 ,48 ,72 ,96 ,120 ,144 ,168 h after dosing .After extracted from the samples ,flumequine were analyzed and quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography equipped with fluorescence detector .The high-est concentration was 750 .9 μg/kg ± 148 .4 μg/kg ,which was recorded at 9 h after dosing .The concentra-tion of flumequine declined slowly in muscle plus skin ,and the elimination half life was 45 .59 h .With-drawal periods for the maximum residue limit (MRL) of 500μg/kg flumequine in muscle plus skin at 95%tolerance limit was 95 h .
