采用原位合成和化学共沉积相结合的方法制备了 Cr/Cu 复合粉体催化剂,并将其用于碳纳米管的制备。利用 XRD、SEM 和 TEM 手段分别对其晶相、微观结构形态进行表征。研究表明,Cr 含量对最终产物 CNTs 的结构有明显影响,10%(质量分数)Cr复合催化剂催化效果最好;不同煅烧温度下所得催化剂存在差异,其中700℃煅烧条件下可制备出结晶良好的 Cr/Cu 纳米复合催化剂。不同生长温度下所得复合粉体催化合成的碳纳米管品质形貌不一,其中800℃条件下可得到纯度高、表面光滑的碳纳米管。

Cr/Cu composite powder catalyst was prepared via a combination of in situ synthesis and chemical co-deposition (CVD),and was applied to the synthesis of carbon nanotubes.Techniques of X-ray diffraction (XRD),as well as scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and transmission electron microscope (TEM)had been employed to characterize the crystal phase,micro structural morphologies of the as-synthesized materials,re-spectively.The results show that the content of Cr had a significant effect on the structure of CNTs,and the catalyst with 10wt% Cr was best.There are differences among materials calcined at different temperature, among which well-crystallized Cr/Cu nano-composite catalyst can be produced by calcined the precursor at 700℃.The quality and morphology of carbon nanotubes synthesized by different Cr/Cu composites calcined at vari-ous temperatures have great differences,and CNTs with high purity and smooth surface can be obtained when the catalyst at 800 ℃.
