在确定双抽热电联产机组安全发电可行区间的基础上,以机组发电煤耗量、环保性能和负荷调整速度为多重目标,构建多目标、多约束的优化数学模型。利用混沌运动的遍历性和随机性,建立了基于混沌变尺度梯度下降的混合遗传算法,对热电联产机组热/电负荷分配问题进行优化,并且通过目标函数中的约束条件引入罚因子来确定适应度函数。实例验算表明:该模型不仅有效解决了热电联产机组电负荷调整时间的问题,而且降低了机组的综合经济成本,提高了机组电负荷综合竞争能力,为热电联产机组调峰运行提供了一种科学的负荷调度理论依据。

On the basis of obtaining the security power generation feasible interval of cogeneration unit with double extraction,a multi-obj ective,multi-constrained optimization model was established,taking the coal consumption for power generation,environmental performance and load dispatch speed as the multiple tar-gets.The advantages of ergodicity and randomness of chaotic motion were applied to build hybrid genetic algorithm,on the basis of the chaotic variable step length-gradient descent.Then,the cogeneration heat/e-lectricity load distribution was optimized,and by introducing penalty factor into constraints of the obj ective function,the fitness function was determined.The example calculation results show that:the above model not only effectively met the power grid requirement of load dispatch speed,but also reduced the unit com-prehensive cost,which improved the comprehensive competitiveness of unit load and provided a scientific basis for load dispatch.
