从原理、工艺控制要点、处理效果判别、时效性影响因素等方面,对电晕处理进行了介绍,并对电晕处理后高密度聚乙烯管材内表面的表面张力进行了测试,内表面及其与聚氨酯泡沫塑料结合界面的微观形貌进行了表征。选用电晕处理效果消退慢的树脂作原料,控制好电晕处理程度,储存中注意防尘降温,使用日期距生产日期不超过3个月,可保证电晕处理在聚乙烯外护保温管预制中发挥预期作用。电晕处理后,高密度聚乙烯管材内表面的表面张力达到50.0 mN/m,表面变得更加粗糙,有效改善了与聚氨酯泡沫塑料的粘接,提高了预制直埋保温管的整体质量。

The corona treatment was introduced from the aspects of principle,process control points,distinguish of treatment effect and influencing factors of time-sensitive. The inner surface tension of PE-HD pipe after corona treatment was also tested. The microstructure of inner surface and its adhesion interface with polyurethane foaming plastic were also characterized.The following measures can ensure corona treatment play its expected role in prefabricating of insulation pipes outer casing of polyethylene:choose resin with low fading rate of corona treatment as raw material,control treatment in the right degree,storage in dust proof and low temperature,the time between use and production no more than three months. The inner surface tension of PE-HD pipe can reach 50.0 mN/m after corona treatment and its roughness increase. Corona treatment can improve the adhesion of PE-HD outer casing pipes and polyurethane foaming plastic,enhance the whole quality of prefabricated directly buried insulated pipes.
