目的：探讨子宫动脉栓塞术在子宫切口妊娠中的临床效果。方法：选择2010年2月-2013年5月本院收治的58例子宫切口妊娠患者，根据治疗方法分为观察组与对照组，每组各29例。对照组给予药物治疗后B超引导下行刮宫术治疗，观察组子宫动脉栓塞术治疗后行刮宫术治疗，比较两组患者刮宫过程中出血量、血β-hCG下降时间、住院时间以及两组治疗的成功率。结果：观察组的治疗成功率为100%，明显高于对照组的62.1%（P<0.05）；观察组刮宫过程中出血量明显少于对照组，血β-hCG下降时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：子宫动脉栓塞术是一种治疗子宫切口妊娠的有效方法。
목적：탐토자궁동맥전새술재자궁절구임신중적림상효과。방법：선택2010년2월-2013년5월본원수치적58례자궁절구임신환자，근거치료방법분위관찰조여대조조，매조각29례。대조조급여약물치료후B초인도하행괄궁술치료，관찰조자궁동맥전새술치료후행괄궁술치료，비교량조환자괄궁과정중출혈량、혈β-hCG하강시간、주원시간이급량조치료적성공솔。결과：관찰조적치료성공솔위100%，명현고우대조조적62.1%（P<0.05）；관찰조괄궁과정중출혈량명현소우대조조，혈β-hCG하강시간급주원시간균명현단우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：자궁동맥전새술시일충치료자궁절구임신적유효방법。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of uterine artery embolization in the uterine incision pregnancy. Method:58 patients with uterine incision were selected in our hospital from February 2010 to May 2013,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the treatment method,each group had 29 cases,the control group was given ultrasound guidance after medical treatment for the treatment of descending and curettage,the observation group for the treatment of uterine artery tied plug and curettage after treatment,the curettage in the process of blood loss and bloodβ-hCG down time,length of hospital stay,and treatment success rate of two groups were compared.Result:The treatment success rate of the observation group was 100%,it was obviously higher than that of the control group(62.1%) (P<0.05);in the process of curettage the bleeding of the observation group was significantly less than the control group,β-hCG blood drop time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The uterine artery plug is tied to a kind of effective method for the treatment of uterine incision pregnancy.
