目的：探讨注射用胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹患者的临床疗效。方法：2013年4-10月收治带状疱疹患者68例，随机分为对照组30例和治疗组38例，对照组给予更昔洛韦静滴5mg/(kg·日)，连用10天，外用5%硫磺炉甘石洗剂，并发感染者用克林霉素抗感染治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上加用注射用胸腺五肽1mg，2次/日，连用10天，比较两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组在止痘、皮损愈合及疼痛缓解时间上均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：注射用胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹具有较好的临床效果。
目的：探討註射用胸腺五肽治療帶狀皰疹患者的臨床療效。方法：2013年4-10月收治帶狀皰疹患者68例，隨機分為對照組30例和治療組38例，對照組給予更昔洛韋靜滴5mg/(kg·日)，連用10天，外用5%硫磺爐甘石洗劑，併髮感染者用剋林黴素抗感染治療。治療組在對照組基礎上加用註射用胸腺五肽1mg，2次/日，連用10天，比較兩組的臨床療效。結果：治療組在止痘、皮損愈閤及疼痛緩解時間上均優于對照組，差異有統計學意義(P＜0.05)。結論：註射用胸腺五肽治療帶狀皰疹具有較好的臨床效果。
목적：탐토주사용흉선오태치료대상포진환자적림상료효。방법：2013년4-10월수치대상포진환자68례，수궤분위대조조30례화치료조38례，대조조급여경석락위정적5mg/(kg·일)，련용10천，외용5%류광로감석세제，병발감염자용극림매소항감염치료。치료조재대조조기출상가용주사용흉선오태1mg，2차/일，련용10천，비교량조적림상료효。결과：치료조재지두、피손유합급동통완해시간상균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：주사용흉선오태치료대상포진구유교호적림상효과。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of thymopentin for injection in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:68 cases with herpes zoster were selected from April to October 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group with 30 cases and the treatment group with 38 cases.The control group were treated with ganciclovir intravenous drip 5mg/(kg·day),for 10 days,5% topical sulfur calamine lotion,concurrent infection patietns were treated with clindamycin anti infection treatment.The treatment group were treated with 1mg thymopentin for injection on the basis of conventional treatment,2 times/day,for 10 days. The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The stopping blain,remission time of pain and lesion healing agent of the treatment group were better than that of the control group.There was significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of thymopentin for injection in the treatment of herpes zoster is better than the conventional treatment.
