本文对石油化工行业现有DCS人机交互方式进行分析,提出理想的石化DCS人机交互方式应该是“人-计算机-设备”之间融于现场环境之中的有机互动,并从终端用户灵活应用的角度,讨论了一种基于增强现实技术的DCS人机交互改进方法。方法在不改变现有DCS系统总体结构的基础上,通过引入增强现实技术,将真实场景与虚拟实时数据叠加在一起并通过手势识别技术实现对现场设备的自控操作,进而为石化装置一线操作人员提供一个感官效果真实、状态信息明确、操控方便的全新工作环境,最终达到对石化行业DCS人机交互方式进行改进与增强的目的。

The paper analyses on the existing methods of the human-computer interaction on petrochemical DCS, and put forward ideal petrochemical DCS human computer interaction should be organic interaction between the “human-computer-equipment” in the real environment, and introduces an improved method for the human-computer interaction of petrochemical DCS based on augmented reality technology from the perspective of the flexible application of terminal user. Without changing the overall structure of the existing DCS system, the method puts to use augmented reality technology to combine the real scene with virtual real-time data and realizes the operation of the automatic control of field devices through gesture and action recognition technologies. It provides a new working environment that has true sensory effects, clear state information, convenient manipulation for the petrochemical plant site operators, and ultimately achieves the purpose of improvement and enhancement of the human-computer interaction on petrochemical technology industry DCS system.
