目的：观察头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素对社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的疗效。方法：将96例CAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例，治疗组以头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗，对照组以青霉素联合阿米卡星治疗，疗程7～14天，两组均辅以其他对症治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗组有效率95.8%，高于对照组的85.4%(P＜0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论：头孢曲松联合阿奇霉素治疗CAP疗效确切，可以作为CAP经验性治疗方案之一。

목적：관찰두포곡송연합아기매소대사구획득성폐염(CAP)적료효。방법：장96례CAP환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각48례，치료조이두포곡송연합아기매소치료，대조조이청매소연합아미잡성치료，료정7～14천，량조균보이기타대증치료，관찰량조적치료효과。결과：치료조유효솔95.8%，고우대조조적85.4%(P＜0.05)，차이유통계학의의。결론：두포곡송연합아기매소치료CAP료효학절，가이작위CAP경험성치료방안지일。
Objective:To explore the effect of patients with community acquired pneumonia treated with ceftriaxone combined with azithromycin.Methods:96 cases with CAP were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 48 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with ceftriaxone combined with azithromycin,while the control group were treated with penicillin combined with amikacin.The course of treatment was 7 to 14 days.Two groups were given other symptomatic treatment. We observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the efficiency was 95.8%.In the control group, the efficiency was 85.4%.The treatment group was higher than the control group.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of patients with community acquired pneumonia treated with ceftriaxone combined with azithromycin is significant,and it can be used as one of the CAP empirical treatment scheme.
