针对手机充电器底盖进行了相关的工艺设计和模具设计。在具体设计过程中,采用了侧浇口浇注系统,通过计算分析采用了一模四腔结构,有利于生产的批量化;根据设计的原则要求选择分型面,使得模具结构变得更加简单;在结构易损复杂的部位,为了提高模具的寿命,采用镶嵌式结构。设计过程还运用了CAD,PRO/E对塑料件进行三维造型、调模架、设计冷却系统等,加快了设计的进程。

The associated process design and die design of mobile phone charger bottom cover were processed. During specific design process,side gate pouring position was used. Through calculation and analysis,a mold four cavity structure was used, conducive to batch production. According to the design principle requires,parting surface was selected,the mold structure became more simple in structure. In vulnerable and complex parts of structure,in order to improve mold life,mosaic structure was used. The design also uses CAD and PRO/E for 3D modeling, mold, design of cooling system to speed up the design process.
