目的：探讨护理安全管理在 CT 室的作用，以提高护理人员的质量意识、安全意识和责任意识，提高综合素质及服务能力，防范护理不良事件的发生，保障CT室的护理安全。方法随机选取2012-2013年来CT室增强检查的患者200例，分析至今存在和潜在的不安全因素，制订相应的护理管理对策并付诸实践。结果近年来行CT检查患者，无一起护理纠纷和差错的发生，满意度达到98%。结论 CT室必须加强护理安全管理，采取有效的防范措施并付诸实践，持续改进，才能保障护理安全，提高护理质量。
목적：탐토호리안전관리재 CT 실적작용，이제고호리인원적질량의식、안전의식화책임의식，제고종합소질급복무능력，방범호리불량사건적발생，보장CT실적호리안전。방법수궤선취2012-2013년래CT실증강검사적환자200례，분석지금존재화잠재적불안전인소，제정상응적호리관리대책병부제실천。결과근년래행CT검사환자，무일기호리규분화차착적발생，만의도체도98%。결론 CT실필수가강호리안전관리，채취유효적방범조시병부제실천，지속개진，재능보장호리안전，제고호리질량。
Objective To explore the nursing safety management in the role of CT room,in order to improve the quality of the nursing staff awareness,safety awareness and responsibility consciousness,improve the comprehensive quality and service ability,prevent the occurrence of nursing adverse events,to ensure the safety of CT room care. Methods Randomly selected from 2012-2013 years,200 patients with CT room to strengthen inspection and analysis of past and present and potential unsafe factors,formulate corresponding nursing management measures and put into practice.Results Patients with CT examination in recent years,no nursing disputes and discrepancies occur together,satisfaction reached 98%.Conclusion CT room must strengthen nursing safety management,take effective measures to prevent and put into practice,continuous improvement,in order to guarantee nursing safety,i mprove the quality of nursing.
